Founded in 2006 as a single travel agency—Finchglow Travels Limited—Finchglow Holdings has grown into a leading travel and aviation conglomerate. What started as a modest venture committed to exceptional service has expanded into a dynamic enterprise with six specialized brands, each excelling in its domain. In our early years, operating from a single office, we focused on delivering personalized travel solutions, quickly earning a reputation for reliability and innovation. Today, we are Nigeria’s foremost travel holdings company, providing end-to-end travel management services for individuals and businesses. Our expertise spans retail travel, corporate travel management, aviation training, B2B travel consolidation, and cargo logistics.

Bankole Bernard established Finchglow Holdings with a vision to unify and leverage the strengths of our brands to explore the diverse segments of the aviation industry comprehensively. Through cutting-edge technology, superior customer experiences, and a dedicated team of industry professionals, we have built a strong foundation for sustained success. Our flagship brand, Finchglow Travels, remains Nigeria’s top travel consolidator. Recognizing the growing demand for affordable leisure travel, Finchglow Holidays was launched in 2017 to curate unique travel experiences for individuals and groups.

Strengthening our corporate travel solutions, we partnered with FCM Global in 2008 under our Southoak Aviation Services, introducing FCM Travel Nigeria. The company provides modern businesses with tailored corporate travel services powered by evolving technology. In 2016, we launched Travelden, our online travel agency, making travel more accessible with the philosophy that “travel is not a luxury but for everyone who desires exploration.” Beyond travel management, our brands cater to air logistics and aviation training.

Flight Centre Management Nigeria Limited, incorporated in March 2020, provides reliable and efficient air cargo services within and outside Nigeria. Meanwhile, Lagos Aviation Academy, Nigeria’s premier aviation training school, equips aspiring professionals with industry-relevant skills. The academy is committed to producing world-class aviation experts, offering courses such as Basic Ticketing, Customer Service, IATA certifications, and Advanced Flight Dispatch.

All our brands are IATA and Amadeus certified, ensuring compliance with global aviation standards. With an unwavering commitment to service excellence, Finchglow Holdings continues to shape the future of travel and aviation in Nigeria and beyond.
